Dear Scholarship Applicant,

Beta Delta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated^® in conjunction with our 501 (c)3 philanthropic arm Coleman Alexander Prosser Foundation, Incorporated is encouraging high school seniors in the Metro-Jackson areas to apply for scholastic scholarships. (click for link)

Beta Delta Omega awards one-time monetary scholarships annually to select qualified graduating seniors in the Metro-Jackson, which includes only Hinds, Rankin, and Madison Counties. Scholarships will be given to high-achieving students who plan to attend a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) in the Fall of 2023.

Applications are available in the counselor’s office or online at https://betadeltaomegachapter.wildapricot.org/.  Students who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:

• ·         A graduating senior (Male or Female)
• ·         Has a minimum GPA of 3.25
• ·         ACT/SAT requirement
• ·         Has verification of school and community service including all leadership roles and extracurricular activities

Please complete the online application and upload the necessary documents. The sealed transcript MUST be mailed to the address listed below.  Applications must be received by April 2, 2024.
